‘Cabin Creek’ by American sculptor Deborah Butterfield at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US. The material is bronze. (Using found wood, Ms. Butterfield first assembled the materials to form the horse, cast each piece in bronze, then reassembled the piece.)

The French parterre garden at Hillwood Estate in northwest Washington D.C., US. Former home of the heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post, open to the public since the 1970’s. This garden was her favorite.
