Interesting Ipe fence for the pool area at La Canada Mid-Century in Los Angeles, California. I wasn’t able to find out who designed the fence but the house renovation was done by interior designer Jamie Bush & Co.

Using the tailings from a defunct granite quarry, Massachusetts landscape architecture firm Reed Hilderbrand subtly honored the history of the site while introducing order. Located in Guilford, Connecticut, U.S. The project won a honor awards in 2011 from the Boston Society of Landscape Architecture and from the American Society of Landscape Architecture in 2012.
